Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role:

We are looking for a Senior or Principal Full Stack Engineer who has experience working on early stage products and has a track record of building & shipping products quickly from scratch, at scale (thousands of users).

You will be working together in a team responsible for the development of the future of our Real Estate Portal with the most modern state of the art technologies in an innovative environment and a world class team, with people from companies like Uber, Microsoft, SumUp, Revolut, Loft and Careem

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with product and design and business teams in early product development
• Writing high-quality code, and contribute on Architectural decisions
• Developing new features, APIs and different tech modules
• Translating designs and concepts into API skeletons and component architectures
• Designing and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Designing, build and implement micro-services architecture
• Technical conception and implementation of product-specific further developments (internal & external)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 Years of solid professional experience in web applications development
• Ability to define, design and ship new features
• Ability to work in a fast development environment and quickly adapt to changes
• Familiarity with CI /CD tools and agile development methodology, as well as version control tools such as Git
• Experience in working with cloud systems (preferably AWS), front-end/back-end development as well as related infrastructure (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, …)
• Experience developing Headless/Serverless applications
• Experience with test-driven development, clean code, design patterns, etc.
• Enthusiasm for digitisation and willingness to learn
• Team player and dynamic personality
• Conceptual skills and process-oriented thinking skills

Nice to have:

• Extensive Knowledge in NodeJS/Typescript
• Extensive Knowledge in one of the mainstream frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
