Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency with minimum risk of errors
Deploy RPA components including bots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools.
Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issue to ensure smooth business operations
Producing process documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward
Understanding the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process.
Work closely with Business Analyst and business users to understand the requirements, as-is and to-be process to deliver business impacting projects
Ability to work within a team to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions, demonstrate initiative, and work to timescales with a flexible approach.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and use good judgment in prioritizing work assignments.
Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours when needed
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in developer role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computer, or related fields
Hands on experience on RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere etc. UiPath experience is highly preferred
Experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Java, ASP.Net is an advantage
Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language)
Knowledge or experience in Optical Character Recognition (OCR) / advance excel / Macro / VBA
Able to design technical specification documents for RPA projects
Experience integrating with different application using API/web services etc
UiPath RPA Developer certifications preferred but not mandatory
Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) often preferred
Knowledge of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI)
Understanding of workflow-based logic
Strong attention to details, critical analytical thinking and a great level of curiosity
Superior time management skill and adherence to deadlines
Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects
