Advanon is looking for a new tech talent to join its IT team!


If you have the drive to push forward a Fintech startup that’s leading the invoice financing marketplace in Switzerland and Germany, joining our team will put you in a prime position to do just that.


Advanon is a rapidly growing CrowdFactoring startup with offices in Zürich and Berlin. And we are currently developing a new team of Software Engineers in Barcelona.


We developed an online platform that allows SMEs to get financing through selling open invoices directly to financial investors. Our service helps SMEs to improve cash flow, and provides a new, short-term, and high-yielding asset class for investors. It’s an innovative win-win setup that you could become a part of!


Our constantly growing team consists of 30 visionary people with diverse backgrounds (Google, ETH, HEC, ING ). We are proud of our multinational team consisting of 19 different nationalities and a priority of healthy work-life balance that positively results in performance and achievements.


Your role:

  • To be a part of a motivated team responsible for automating credit risk decisions
  • Independently explore, combine, and consolidate new data sources for decisions automation
  • Develop intelligence providing microservices for other parts of the company
  • Support ongoing machine learning projects


Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
  • Strong software engineering background
  • Proven work experience with algorithms, design patterns, distributed computing, and concurrency.
  • Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin
  • Keenness to learn new technologies
  • Ability to working independently
  • Passion for startups
  • Working permission for the EU
