Soshace [səʊ'ʃeis] takes its name from concept of "social interface". Soshace is an online platform that connects community of IT professionals and business world. We provide professional mobile and web developers for remote and on-site positions. We generally work with startups and digital agencies from the US, Europe and UAE. Our professionals absolutely love big and complex projects and take only things they are capable to complete in the best way.

July

We’ve already signed more than 100 agency agreements with pre-vetted developers who’ve managed to pass all interview steps.

January

We put our “network for professionals” project on hold and switched to a new business model in the form of an HR agency. We put our focus on 3 main aspects: sales, SEO, and recruitment.

March

Google Adwords campaign hasn’t brought any valuable results yet, so we continue to test various promotional strategies, including contextual and search advertising. We now have more than 300 layouts for our main future project - network for professionals.

January

We launch a Google Adwords advertising campaign and begin searching for Java and Python developers. On a popular Russian IT resource, one of our candidates leaves critical feedback, which gets more than 20,000 views. We are working on our mistakes and reconsidering our hiring approach.

November

Two experienced HR managers and one sales manager join our team. We now look for specialists for only contract work based on hourly rates. We develop a new business model on fixed commission fees within the range of 20-30%.

September

The company adopts a new strategy. We decide to concentrate on developing only one product - a network for professionals designed to help skilled web developers find a job. We put the rest of the products on hold indefinitely.

We deliver 19k hours of web development and earn more than a $500k on UpWork

Our company becomes one of the best Russian web development companies according to Clutch.co https://clutch.co/ru/web-developers/leaders-matrix

The Company includes ten team members: nine developers and one project manager.

We celebrate our first birthday! This year has brought us more than 7,000 working hours and 92 successful projects.

We decide to stop working on a whole bunch of projects but instead focus on development using popular JavaScript frameworks. Our goal is to become leaders in this sector.

We register the agency’s profile at elance.com. We decide to use a domain name "soshace.com" for our web development agency.
